CRT Treatment and Recycling Equipment

1. Technical Introduction

CRT Processing Equipment is a set of equipment which is used to disassemble television and PC monitor. Its process flow includes CRT explosion-proof belt cutting off, insulating glue cutting off, separation of panel and funnel glass and collection of phosphor powder. The entire process is environment-friendly, safe and efficient.

2. Equipment Introduction

CRT is sucked on top of the vacuum chuck at the first step; Then remove electron gun, cut off explosion-proof belt and shear insulating glue; Then heat up conjoint belt of panel and funnel glass by nichrome wire and CRT can be divided into two parts by “heat expansion and cool contraction”; at last collect phosphor powder by exclusive brush sucker. Heating power and time are decided by different type of CRTs. The process flow is shown as below:

3. Environmental Protection Standards
