Waste PCB Environmental Protection Treatment and Resource Recycling Equipment

1. Technique Introduction

It is an integrative equipment for PCB baseplate shedding and metal and non-metal separation. At first electronic components are cut off from baseplate by automatic machine. Then baseplates go to shedding and separation equipment. Finally metal and non-metal powder can be obtained. This equipment has been combined the most advanced shedding and separation techniques in the world and adopted unique process technique. It works in enclosed environment and no waste water, drogs and poisonous gas give off during production. High commendations have been frequently given by relevant ministries.

March 2007, organized by National Ministry of Information Industries, an identification conference was held according to this equipment. 3. Environmental Protection Standards

A. Emitted exhaust gas consists with secondary standard of “Emission Standard of Air Pollutant” (GB16297-1996)

B. The equipment uses negative pressure transportation, no dust in operation environment. Slight dust leak in the outlet can be manually controlled.

C. Generated noise consists with “Light Industry Machinery Condition” (GB/T 14253-2008)

4. Characteristics and Benefits

A. The electronic components cutting machine is able to remove metal blocks, plastic, wire and electronic components from baseplate. Materials are recovered maximize.
