1. Technical Introduction
    This equipment adopts new technique of direct electrowinning. In order to increase current density and efficiency, its anode uses noble metal oxide covered titanium plate and its negode uses stainless steel sheet or pure titanium plate. Copper ions are electrodeposited on negode resulting electrolytic copper plat with purity higher than 99%. Electrodeposited liquid contains copper lower than 0.5g/L which can be used to acidify film wastewater from PCB factories.

3. Environmental Standards
A. Exhaust gas reaches National Environmental Protection Standards. Emitted exhaust gas has no foreign odor after being processed.
B. Electrodeposited wastewater is discharged after being processed in wastewater process station.
 
4. Characteristics and Benifits
No hazardous chemical reagent affixion in this technique which may influence subsequent wastewater process. This technique just extracts copper from the waste liquid.
  • This technique can reduce concentration of copper ions from 10 g/L to 0.5-1 g/L.
  • Comparing to conventional techniques, this technique results negode copper with purity higher than 99%. But conventional techniques which are neutralization precipitation method and electrodeposition only results copperish mud and sponge copper with purity of 70-80%.
  • This technique consumes 5000 kilowatt-hour in producing each tonnes of copper but conventional electrodeposition consumes 6000-8000 kilowatt-hour per tonne of copper.
  • The core design for this technique is construction design of equipment and additives for electrodeposition which ensures high purity and high concentration of copper ions to be produced even if the concentration of copper ions in the wastewater is lower than 1g/L.
  • All recycling process is running in enclosed system. And exhaust gas recycling equipment is adopted.
